Liver Detox drink


  • 1 Glass of water
  • 4 tsp Nutmeg Powder
  • 2 tsp Cinnamon Powder
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric
  • Pinch of Black pepper
  • 1/4th tsp Ginger powder

Mix them all together and boil for 1-2 minutes. Add a tsp of coconut oil after it cooks, which will help in the excellent absorption of turmeric. Add a tsp of lemon juice.

You can have a simple liver-cleansing drink once a day, 20 minutes before your meal. This will help in detoxification and reduce the overload from your liver. Work wonders if you eat well alongside.

Beet-carrot smoothie for reduced inflammation

Betaine in beets and Beta-carotene in carrots helps reduce liver inflammation.


  • 1 small beetroot
  • 1 medium carrot
  • 1 small piece of ginger
  • 1/2 lemon
  • Add some water

Blend all the ingredients together in a blender until smooth. Drink this smoothie once a day every day for a healthy liver.

Spinach Smoothie


  • 2 cups of washed and chopped spinach leaves
  • 1 cup of chopped cucumber
  • 1 small ripe banana
  • A small piece of ginger
  • Pinch of turmeric, cumin, and black pepper
  • 1/2 cup water
